About Holly

Holly developed her interest in sport from a very young age, playing a variety of sports including tennis, squash, football, netball, hockey, athletics, swimming, kick boxing, basketball, rounder’s.

 

It is no surprise with this passion for health and fitness, that she studied Sport as one of her A level topics. She then graduated from The University of Birmingham in 2008 with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science.

 

Following her graduation, she obtained a Personal Training Diploma with the European Institute of Fitness in Spain.
 

Her career as a Personal Trainer, has taken her to a number of Gyms and Health Clubs, where she has held various roles; Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Studio Coordinator, Senior Fitness Instructor, Assistant Gym Manager, acting Gym Manager.


Her work has exposed her to a large number of clients with various health problems including severe and general arthritis, shoulder injuries, knee injuries, hip injuries, diabetes, weight management, rehabilitation, fitness, special populations and general toning.
 

Holly is qualified as a Specialist Postural Stability Instructor and currently delivers classes in Bromsgrove, Pershore and Evesham.

With over 9 years of personal training experience and a BSc in Sport and Exercise Sciences, Holly offers certified one to one personal training, nutritional advice, post injury/operation rehabilitation, weight loss management, COPD patient care, and also caters for GP Exercise Referral for Specific Controlled Conditions and Postural Stability for Falls Prevention.
