Personal Training

 

The greatest benefit of one to one personal training with HAC Lifestyle is that a tailored approach is taken to each individual client. A holistic approach is taken so that individual goals, fitness levels, injuries, medical conditions, nutrition advice, and body shape are all considered.

Group Training
 

HAC Lifestyle offers a variety of group training options from group personal training, for groups of 5 or less, to circuit training for larger groups. If you benefit and draw motivation from training in a group environment but still want the expert guidance of a trainer this is right for you.

Strength and Balance Classes run in Bromsgrove, Pershore and Evesham, for older people that have problems with balance, may have had a fall/falls or feel unstable on their feet. Contact us for more information.

Exercise Programmes

 

If exercising alone, either at home, the gym or outdoors, is not a problem for you, but you want some workout variety then an exercise programme may be just what you need. HAC Lifestyle designs exercise programmes to suit individual goals and needs and they give general advice to help reach goals in optimum time.

HAC Lifestyle was founded by Holly Cook. With over 9 years of personal training experience and a BSc in Sport and Exercise Sciences, Holly offers certified one to one personal training, nutritional advice, post injury/operation rehabilitation, weight loss management, COPD patient care, and also caters for GP Exercise Referral for Specific Controlled Conditions and Postural Stability for Falls Prevention.
